Why Do You Love Richmond?

There is so much to do! I am extremely active and love to be always doing something. From going to a Squirrels baseball game to paddleboarding on the James River to walking around Bryan Park with my wife and 2 girls, RVA has so much to offer.

What’s Your Favorite Thing To Do In Richmond?

Spending time outdoors.  RVA is very unique in that it's the only city with urban white water.  So you can experience Class IV rapids while looking up at office buildings.  That's pretty crazy!

What’s Your Favorite Restaurant? 

 Buz & Neds is FANTASTIC!  Now the next place I love gets a lot of laughs until you experience it for the first time... Arby's.  The Arby's in RVA is completely different then any other Arby's across the country.  Check it out for yourself!

What Would You Tell Somebody Who Has Never Been To Richmond Before?

Richmond is fantastic! There is so much to do locally but if you get bored you can drive 1.5 hours west and be in the mountains, drive 2 hours north and be in DC, and drive 2 hours southeast and be at the beach

How do you spend your free time?

I really enjoy spending time outdoors with my kids. Visiting the ARC Park is a must so the kids can play. We very much enjoy biking on the Capital Trail because not only is it paved but the scenery is beautiful. We also like spending time near the river so we can explore nature and/or go kayaking.

What's Your Favorite Neighborhood?

Bryan Park. 

How Do You Describe Your Community?

Diverse and accepting.
