I will proudly say without apology that L'Opossum is my favorite restaurant. Everyday, I have the honor of working with amazing, talented and dedicated restaurant professionals. They inspire me and make a very tough career a great joy. My favorite dining experience in Richmond is Sally Bell's box lunches for two with a bottle of Billecart Salmon Rose or good sparkling cider in the bamboo overlooking the Japanese garden at Maymont.
