CANCELLED: Richmond's OUTLOUD RVA Pride Event scheduled to take place Thursday at Allianz Amphitheatre has been cancelled due to the extreme heat.

"We are disappointed to share that due to the extreme heat today, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the inaugural OUTLOUD RVA Pride event at Allianz Amphitheatre tonight. This decision was not made lightly. After careful consideration, we deemed that the weather conditions would not allow us to provide a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience that our vendors, community partners, performers, volunteers and attendees deserve. On behalf of the organizing team including VA Pride, the City of Richmond Office of Equity and Inclusion, the Richmond LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce and Live Nation, thank you for your interest in being a part of the very first OUTLOUD RVA. While we are disappointed that the weather has prevented us from gathering this year, we hope you will consider joining us again as we plan for future events and an event stronger OUTLOUD RVA next year.”
