CELEBRATE PRIDE IN RVA
It’s an Endless Summer of Pride in Richmond culminating Saturday, September 24 at this year’s PrideFest on Brown’s Island. Start your celebration today.
A beloved classic – this heartwarming story of second chances comes to Richmond this holiday season.
COMMUNITY RESOURCES
For Jace Camarillo, a queer, trans, and Mexican barista, Richmond has offered a rare sense of normalcy — but the world outside can be hostile. The Exit Plan is Jace’s matcha cart fundraiser and mutual aid project, designed to help them move abroad for safety and stability. Every cup, donation, and share helps build a network of exits — and a future where thriving is possible.
Fall is here, the flannels are out (were they ever really put away?), and Richmond’s coffee scene is serving all kinds of cozy. From queer-owned cafés to proudly inclusive hangouts, these spots are bringing caffeine and community all season long.
Lucky In Love Wedding Chapel is Richmond’s newest retro-inspired destination for sweet, simple, and stress-free “I dos.” Created by three local wedding professionals who saw a need for meaningful, affordable ceremonies, the chapel offers intimate elopements, customizable scripts, and a welcoming space for all couples—especially LGBTQ+ partners seeking a safe, joyful place to celebrate their love.
