Boo, Witches! It’s Spooky Season In Richmond

Richmond is a city rich with history, making it a goldmine for those looking for a good ghost story. Whether you’re a history buff wanting to learn more about collapsed train tunnels and Civil War battles, or looking for something a little more… mystical (like the Richmond Vampire or the Werewolf of Henrico), we’ve got the perfect list of haunted happenings around RVA.

HAUNTS

If the idea of a dozen costumed strangers chasing you through the woods in the dark sounds like the perfect Saturday night, consider one of Richmond’s Halloween haunts.

Red Vein Haunt: With four experiences (house, asylum, corn, and woods) and near perfect reviews, this is one not to miss.

Terror on the Farm: While Ashland Berry Farm flaunts family-friendly activities during the day, at night the ghosts and ghouls come out to play!

Creepy Hollow Scream Park: Will the houses along the trail offer you an escape in this haunted forest?

Halloween Haunt at King’s Dominion: Your admission ticket gets you access to all of the rides and attractions during the day and the haunted happenings at night. Head to the park early for thrills and stay late for the chills of the haunted houses strewn throughout the park (with all different themes), scare zones, and Halloween-themed performances.
