Ruby Scoops is a queer and black-owned sweets shop located in the Northside of Richmond and serves small-batch ice creams, sorbets, cookies, and more. All are handmade by the co-owners and their “scoop-squad”. A popular fan-favorite is their colorful made-to-order flights of six scoops of the ice cream of your choice. Grab an extra spoon if you want to dig into this treat with your favorite person!
